I still find it facepalm-worthy when someone says something like “Why aren’t monkeys still evolving into humans?” or “Why don’t we see something evolve in front of us?” and they use that type of thought to ‘prove’ that evolution is false… or say that it must be wrong because you can’t see it happen in front of you despite all the evidence to the contrary.
